Cancellation PolicyAt Sketch we know that things come up. Please notify us at info@sketchartstudio at least 7 days prior to the first day of class or camp for a refund of the full amount minus a $50 processing fee. There are no refunds for last minute cancellations less than 7 days prior to your class or camp start date. We will consider special and Covid-related circumstances. If you'd like to change your camp date, please let us know by email at least 7 days prior to the start of camp and we will do our best to accomodate you.

Missed ClassesThere is a make-up session built into our after school series schedule. If there is more than 1 missed class per series, please contact the studio for additional make-up opportunities.

When is the full payment for my child due?Full payment is due upon registration for camps and drop in sessions. Payment for the series class collected 1/2 upon registration and 1/2 midway through the series.

What if I need to drop off my child early or am late for pick-up?You are welcome to drop off your child 10 minutes prior to class start time. If you are running late for pick-up, please contact the studio to let your child’s instructor know.

What if my child has severe food allergies?At Sketch try our best to provide a safe environment for our students. Parents/guardians are responsible for indicating any allergies or other medical conditions on the medical form. This form must be completed before the first day of class/camp. Please note that any foods containing nuts or nut ingredients, or manufactured in a facility that handles nuts, are strictly prohibited. All snacks during classes and camps, excluding fresh fruits and vegetables, must be in the original packaging.

What should my child wear?Dress for a mess. All students should wear clothing that can get messy and potentially stained! Closed toed shoes are required.

What if my child is sick?If your child is too sick for school, they are too sick for art class.

Does my child need to bring anything with them to class?All supplies for classes and camps are provided unless indicated on the class registration.

What precautions are you taking for Covid-19?Coronavirus Action Plan Because Sketch is committed to the health and well-being of all participants in our classes and camps, we are closely monitoring and responding to the global COVID-19 (coronavirus) outbreak. We are committed to understanding and complying with all guidance and regulations provided and established by the CDC, WHO and local health agencies. These safety protocols may change as needed. Sketch Safety Protocols We are taking a number of safety protocols including: • Limiting food in the studio. • Separating supplies. • Limiting class size to 12 students.
